A healthcare company seeks a Customer Support Specialist for their Endoscopy department, responsible for on-site client support, training, and driving sales revenue. Candidates should have field sales experience with a focus on GI/pulmonary endoscopy. The role involves significant travel (75%) and offers an annual salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 plus variable compensation. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to provide customer support of Fujifilm ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments by managing all relevant equipment, providing basic troubleshooting, and training for proper care and handling of our equipment. This role provides onsite, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog. This role provides education and training to Company personnel and customers. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Zone Sales Director and is the primary sales support resource for the Company and its sales team.
