This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.**We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Solicitor** who thrives on leading people, driving performance, and delivering high‑quality legal outcomes. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our Claimant recoveries function, ensuring excellence across delivery and team performance while managing a caseload of your own.You’ll handle litigated matters up to multi‑track level, supported by advanced legal technology and the expertise of our Director of Legal Operations and wider Legal Ops team.
