Job summary

A growing healthcare organization in Boston seeks an experienced Respiratory Nurse to join their primary care team. In this role, you will manage patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD, perform comprehensive reviews, and undertake treatment room duties, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care. The ideal candidate will possess a Relevant Nursing Degree, current NMC registration, and a COPD Diploma. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in asthma and COPD management.
  • Experience of working in primary care or respiratory care in a hospital or community setting.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and treating patients with respiratory long‑term conditions.
  • Undertaking comprehensive asthma and COPD reviews including education.
  • Supporting management of patients with co-morbidities.
  • Implementing vaccination and immunisation programmes.
  • Undertaking treatment room duties including injections and dressings.
  • Providing home visits for housebound patients.
