Overview

Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Developer at VHB. Join our team to develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions within our Dynamics 365 environment. You will utilize your expertise in JavaScript, Logic Apps, C#, SQL, Dynamics 365 APIs, and XRM Toolbox to elevate our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications and manage data integration. Your work will shape our Dynamics 365 offerings, collaborating with various teams to translate requirements into strategic solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of our platform. You will engage with Microsoft Dataverse as the central data service for these applications. Our ideal candidate is technically proficient, deeply knowledgeable about data integration principles, and committed to continuous learning. This position offers remote work options from anywhere on the East Coast of the US, with hours aligned to the EST time zone. Occasional travel, usually to our headquarters in Watertown, MA, is required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for VHB in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Enhance functionality through Dynamics 365 REST APIs for custom object creation and data automation.
  • Optimize business processes using Logic Apps for data integration within Dynamics 365.
  • Develop robust, high-performance applications leveraging JavaScript, C#, and HTML.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to gather requirements and design impactful solutions.
  • Conduct system configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Use Xrm Toolbox for managing CRM customizations.
  • Document technical specifications and system modifications.
  • Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 developments and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient with:
    • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, C#, .NET, and SQL
    • Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, & Marketing)
    • Plugin, custom workflow, Web Resource development, Business Process Flows
    • Azure services (Logic Apps, Data Factory), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
    • REST/SOAP/OData APIs for integrations
  • Strong analytical skills and a robust problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational prowess and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of system integration patterns and application lifecycle management.

The base salary range for this position in the New York area would be between $120,000-$160,000. The base salary range for this position in the Washington DC area would be $115,000 - $155,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, and geographic location.
