Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers. This role requires a natural leader with sound judgment, empathy, people‑management insight, and the ability to multitask.

Duties & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all aspects of store operations during your shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork submission, food management, schedule planning, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• Direct activities, handle repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and greet orders with a positive personality.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
• Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Navigate diverse terrain to deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately perform arithmetic for change and transactions.
• Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.

Physical Requirements

• Stand most of the shift; walk on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces height 36–48”.
• Lift or stack up to 50 pounds two to three times per week.
• Crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs as needed.
• Maintain hand‑eye coordination while shaping dough, using pizza peel and cutter, and handling pizza boxes.
