  • Dealer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, fostering strong and professional relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth and secure new dealer partnerships.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional dealer support and satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed district sales revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries via email and phone promptly (same day).
  • Provide guidance on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct at least 24 physical dealer visits per month to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support.
  • Gather market feedback during visits to inform business strategies.
  • Recruit 2-4 new dealers in the assigned district per month.
  • Assess and approve dealer applications in alignment with company standards.
Market Insights and Reporting
  • Analyze district market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and activity reports.

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
