A customer service organization in Missouri seeks a Dispute Resolution Specialist to manage client inquiries and ensure accurate responses to validation requests. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. Missouri (In‑Office – required in‑office 5 days per week, M‑F)
The Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing client inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client validation requests. This role supports InDebted’s commitment to high‑quality client service by researching, validating, and resolving account discrepancies while maintaining compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, external clients, and consumers to ensure effective and professional issue resolution.
$18 - $20 an hour
