At Coinstar, we’ve built a trusted brand around coin services, and now we’re transforming how we serve our customers by blending the physical and digital worlds to bring everyday financial solutions that make life easier for millions.

As the Director of Product Management, you’ll lead Coinstar’s financial services roadmap, balancing external strategy (partners, market opportunities, regulatory awareness) with internal execution (product delivery, customer experience, and team leadership). This role is responsible for ensuring Coinstar’s financial services offering scale successfully and deliver measurable adoption, retention, and financial outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and prioritize the digital wallet and kiosk financial services roadmap.
  • Translate customer, compliance, and business needs into clear product requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure delivery discipline across engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with key partners (banking, payments, fintech enablers).
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to inform product direction.
  • Represent Product in external forums, ensuring alignment between industry opportunities and Coinstar’s roadmap.
Customer Experience and Feedback Loops
  • Build mechanisms to capture customer feedback (voice of the customer (VOC), app analytics, net promoter score (NPS)) and translate insights into prioritized improvements.
  • Champion the end-to-end customer journey, from kiosk to app.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure strong product practices, documentation (PRDs), and prioritization discipline.
  • Scale the Product Management team to meet growing business needs.
Business & Financial Outcomes
  • Tie product initiatives directly to adoption, retention, and financial performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and CX to define KPIs, measure performance, and adjust roadmap priorities accordingly.
What you bring:
  • 10+ years in product management, including leadership roles in fintech, banking, or payments required.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on customer adoption, retention, and/or financial performance.
  • Experience balancing end to end product launches with scaling mature products.
  • Deep customer orientation; experience with VOC, usability testing, and app feature iteration.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, and financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow product management teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — internal and external.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, make trade-offs, and drive outcomes under time constraints.
Location and Travel Expectations
  • Our corporate headquarters is in Bellevue, WA (Seattle area) but remote/work from home arrangements are welcome as many peer team members are remote today.
  • This position requires some business travel.
