As the Director of Marketing at Tomorrow.io, you’ll lead a world-class team driving awareness, demand, and growth for the company redefining how the world manages weather impact. This role blends strategy and execution across brand, campaigns, content, digital, and product storytelling, uniting Tomorrow.io’s narrative across every channel and touchpoint. You’ll help shape the marketing engine that powers our next stage of growth, partnering closely with leaders across the organization to build a cohesive, data‑driven marketing organization.

Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and the GTM team collaborates in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Director of Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing Tomorrow.io’s global marketing strategy. This leader must be comfortable operating across multiple markets, cultures, and time zones, driving cohesive brand awareness and demand generation worldwide.

What you bring:

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across industries
  • Lead and mentor a team spanning brand, content, and product marketing, ensuring clarity of vision, measurable impact, and operational excellence
  • Partner cross‑functionally with the entire Go‑to‑Market team, Product, and Executive teams to align priorities and translate company objectives into marketing plans that deliver results
  • Oversee the creation of high‑impact campaigns that highlight Tomorrow.io’s unique end‑to‑end value chain, from space‑based observations and proprietary weather modeling to an industry‑leading platform
  • Drive data‑informed decision‑making through strong reporting, analytics, and marketing attribution
  • Manage Tomorrow.io’s brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to plan budgets, allocate resources, and scale initiatives that maximize ROI and accelerate growth
  • Represent the marketing organization as a trusted partner across the company, championing innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
