• Balance strategy and execution across ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing engineering teams, with experience managing senior leaders.
• 10+ years architecting, delivering, and scaling software products or services.
• Track record of forming culture, maintaining velocity, and maintaining operational discipline.
• Skilled at framing technical trade-offs and translating business needs into engineering outcomes.
• Comfortable both in guiding hands-on technical work and elevating long-term strategic thinking.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$350,200—$412,000 USD
