Location

Shift

Part-time, Full-time, Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings. Immediate openings in Bethlehem; schedule will vary; must be flexible.

Traditional Home Care is a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency seeking reliable direct support staff to provide non‑medical care to our intellectually disabled clients.

Job duties include

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Taking clients for community outings and activities

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care/home health services. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
