With a commitment to excellence, creativity, and strategic thinking, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

This is a hybrid remote/office position based in Charlotte, NC or Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth from existing clients.
Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing clients across various channels.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Account Managers are paid a competitive salary, as well as a lucrative bonus plan based on client growth and retention.
