Job description

Join our exceptional team and be a part of our mission-driven organization! Due to a retirement, the Ridgefield Library in beautiful Ridgefield, CT seeks a detail-oriented team member with strong donor database and communication skills to join our staff as our full-time Development Associate. The Development Associate is responsible for the maintenance of our extensive Bloomerang donor database, including data/gift entry and acknowledgement, maintaining the integrity, confidentiality and accuracy of all donor information, and processing, reconciling and reporting donation transactions. The Development Associate is also a key team member in the planning and execution of fundraising events. The Development Associate reports to the Development Director. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and the ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds on wheels.

Relevant educational and/or nonprofit work experience required. Salary range is $53,000-$57,000/year with an attractive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and 401K retirement savings plan with a generous organizational match. This is a full-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week. Schedule will occasionally include an evening or weekend shift. Detailed job description available here .
