# Critical Care Outreach Nurse(UK Visa Sponsorship)### Job Description## About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and confident Critical Care Outreach Nurse to join a forward-thinking, clinically led organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced critical care clinician who is passionate about early intervention, patient safety, and supporting ward teams to deliver excellent care to acutely unwell patients.You will work across the hospital, using your advanced clinical expertise to identify deterioration early, provide rapid assessment, and initiate evidence-based interventions. With a high level of professional autonomy, you will play a key role in preventing avoidable deterioration and improving patient outcomes.### What You’ll Be Doing* Assessing and managing patients who are clinically deteriorating or at high risk of deterioration* Delivering expert critical care advice and hands-on support to ward-based teams* Leading and influencing multi-professional colleagues through education, mentorship, and clinical leadership* Supporting escalation of care, including decision-making around critical care admission* Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives* Working as part of a 24/7 Critical Care Outreach Service, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across the organisation**Leadership & Education**This is an influential role where you will help shape best practice.
