Citibank, N.A. seeks a Compliance Product Senior Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.
  • Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
  • Develop internal strategies, procedures, and processes for Citi's Electronic Communications Program (ECP) for prevention of regulatory violations and compliance risk management.
  • Support risk management framework development that maintains risk levels within the firm\'s risk appetite and protects the franchise.
  • Review materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and address potential risks.
  • Engage with product and function coverage teams to develop and apply Compliance Risk Management program solutions that meet business and customer needs in line with Citi\'s program framework.
  • Create, review, and update ECP-related trainings.
  • Review ECP breach escalations to advise on ultimate severity levels of confirmed breaches.
  • Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.
  • Review off-channel communications submitted for retention.
  • Create compliance and risk management procedures specific to ECP.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and policy changes to identify new key risk areas and propose mitigating solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in roles such as Compliance Product Senior Analyst, Compliance Risk Management Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Quality Assurance, Senior Analyst, or related position involving coordinating, monitoring, and developing regulatory compliance procedures to mitigate risks for the global financial industry.
  • 2 years of experience must include: applying electronic communication policies and strategies for business compliance; U.S. and global regulatory standards for electronic communication in financial services; investigation and escalation of ECP breach; reports generation using Microsoft Office; coordination with stakeholders for strategy implementation; risk identification and management; regulatory database and systems management; identifying breaches of internal policies and risks.

Wage Range: $95,117 to $116,500
