Job Description
Based in Fresno, CA; the Capital Planning Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Fixed Asset process for the entire Destinations Line of business. This is a hands-on position that will be involved in the management of Capital Budgets, Forecasts, CER processing, Invoice Payment, CIP Accounts, and Fixed Asset Detail Lists (FADLs) for all locations. The position will manage one direct report involved in similar duties.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Creation and oversight of Capital Budgets and Capital Projections for all locations
Creation Capital Expenditure Requests for all capital and special fund spend
Ensures timely and accurate payments to vendors
Management of Fixed Asset Detail List (FADL) to ensure proper Depreciation expense.
Tax monitoring
Audits/Contract Compliance
Maintain all financial records and reports in adherence with Aramark’s Business Conduct Policy and all local, state, and federal regulations and codes
Train, develop, and support field operations teams on Capital-related matters
Manages one direct report, involved in all of the above duties as assigned
Performs other related duties as directed by Finance Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required, preferably in accounting, banking or finance
Minimum of (3) three years finance experience in general ledger accounting, financial controls, reporting/analysis, and exposure to AR processes
A strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and reporting is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
PC/POS based systems knowledge of GFF, SMS, Micros, and Retail Pro is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Some travel may be required (<5% anticipated)
