Job Overview

The Campus Production Lead provides leadership and oversight for all production environments outside the Keystone Auditorium. This includes Keystone Kids, Keystone Young Adults, and church‑wide events such as baptisms, tree lighting, lobby setups, and off‑site gatherings. The Campus Production Lead ensures these services and events are executed with excellence through intentional preparation, strong team leadership, and collaboration with contractors. This role works closely with ministry leaders to create engaging, distraction‑free environments where people encounter God.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service & Event Execution
    • Oversee AVL production for Kids and Young Adults services.
    • Lead production planning and execution for non‑Auditorium church events (baptisms, lobby experiences, tree lighting, off‑site gatherings, etc.)
    • Ensure all production elements are prepared, tested, and executed with excellence.
  • Team Building & Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and equip servant leaders to serve in production roles outside the Auditorium.
    • Provide technical and spiritual mentorship to servant leaders.
    • Collaborate with contractors as needed to ensure high‑quality execution.
    • Build a culture of ownership, teamwork, and excellence in all production spaces.
  • Project Management
    • Lead projects related to Kids, Young Adults, and special events.
    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for large‑scale projects or specialized technical needs.
    • Manage timelines, gear, and setups to ensure smooth, effective events.
  • Cross‑Ministry Collaboration
    • Partner with Kids and Young Adults ministry leaders to align production with ministry vision.
    • Work with Worship and Creative teams to integrate technical elements into services and events.
    • Ensure non‑Auditorium production environments support church‑wide goals with Keystone’s standard of excellence.
