This hybrid-remote position reports to our 600 NW 79th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126 location. If selected, you must be able to report to this location to work in center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly.

Our premier service consultant position earns $19.88 hourly plus uncapped commissions for sales goals. With uncapped commission opportunities, top representatives earn $62,280+ per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets.
Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
Explain bills and product features clearly.
Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.
Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.

You will need verified internet service with a minimum of 12 Mbps upload speed and 18 Mbps download speed and an established dedicated work area. AT&T will provide the equipment you’ll need to get started (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.).
Your workspace will need to be aligned with WFH standards and you’ll participate in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, etc.).
You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with security and compliance standards, trainings, and ongoing management routines.
