Commercial Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities within your territory
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
  • Conduct on‑site inspections and consultations for commercial clients
  • Develop and present tailored pest management proposals
  • Utilize technology (iPad‑based CRM and sales tools) to close deals
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
  • Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
  • Operate a company vehicle safely
  • Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
  • Perform duties in all weather conditions

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
