Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Represent Closed Clients for Estate Planning
• Prepare estate planning and transfer documents
• Provide Consultations to Estate Administration clients
• Execute Estate Plans in coordination with SWL Team

Qualifications and Skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Virginia Bar – Admitted or Pending
• Strong Ability to create, manage, and format Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, and Adobe PDF files
• Strong Ability to review documents for typographical errors and inconsistencies
• Ability to scan and manage electronic files in Dropbox
• Ability to make complicated concepts sounds simple
