A leading staffing agency is seeking a Systems Application Support Analyst in Plano, TX. This role involves tier1-3 troubleshooting and ensuring customer support for systems like SharePoint and Office Suite. Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in application/system support and be comfortable working on-site five days a week. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ticketing systems are preferred.
Insight Global is searching for a Systems Application Support Analyst. This person will be responsible for tier1-3 troubleshooting on project-based issues that appear in the ticketing queue. Working heavily on troubleshooting issues that appear in the systems on the customer's side. Working heavily with customers and vendors on ensuring our clients are feeling supported. Working with vendors on project systems issues and maintenance as needed. They will be supporting systems such as SharePoint, Office Suite, Cartegraph, and Laserfiche. We are looking for a resource comfortable with over communicating when responding and resolving issues. This person will be expected to sit 5 days onsite in Plano, TX.
