Overview

Amazon Connect ACGR Lead (Remote)

As an Amazon Connect ACGR Lead, you will make an impact by leading the technical planning and implementation of Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR) for enterprise contact center solutions. You will be a valued member of the cloud transformation team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and AWS service experts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical planning and implementation of Amazon Connect for customer cloud transformations.
  • Develop and maintain technical playbooks for service outages or degradation, and conduct mock failover exercises.
