Job description

We are seeking a talented Adaptive Planning Analyst to support enterprise planning transformation initiatives using the Workday Adaptive Planning SaaS solution.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and will play a key role in configuring and supporting business process solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US-based teams to manage and support key projects, ensuring effective cross-time-zone communication.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between systems and within Adaptive Planning instances.
  • Utilize SQL to optimize integrations and configurations for seamless data flows.
  • Support data mapping activities for business and analytics needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Resolve system configuration issues in collaboration with business users and vendors.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations during peak business planning periods (May to October).
  • Configure and maintain sheets, formulas, access rules, reports, dashboards, and other modeling components in Adaptive Planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries with joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions.
  • Experience in constructing data models, generating reports, and designing dashboards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of APIs and their integration.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Experience with annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and its integration with other data tools.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
