Remote Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST (or based on business need)
What Accounts Receivable Reps contributes to Cardinal Health
Account Receivable Rep is responsible for verifying patient insurance and benefits, preparing and submitting claims to payers, correcting rejected claims, following up on unpaid and denied claims, posting payments, managing accounts receivable, assisting patients with payment plans, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
