Job responsabilities
Your Mission (Main Responsibilities)
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports, including all General Ledger (GL) activities, for multiple brands and legal entities.
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring thorough analysis and providing detailed commentary to support findings.
- Manage intercompany expense recharges, ensuring accurate allocation and documentation.
- Oversee fixed asset maintenance and generate corresponding Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) reports for submission to Headquarters on a monthly basis, while also providing support during the budgeting process.
- Maintain IFRS 16 reporting compliance, utilizing the internal LEASA tool for accurate tracking and documentation.
- Support the forecasting of Balance Sheet and cash flow elements during the annual budgeting process.
- Manage company secretarial filings to ensure adherence to all local regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial statement audits and tax compliance filings, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects, including the implementation of new accounting standards and evolving reporting requirements

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Dynamics AX, is essential. - Cash Management: Expertise in forecasting and budgeting cash flow, as well as related reporting, is highly desirable.
