About Us

Our solutions include security guards, CCTV systems, alarms, access control, and remote monitoring services. We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Account Manager to join our sales team, who will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting‑edge security products and services.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager in our Security Solutions division, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively driving new business growth across our portfolio of solutions. This role requires a holistic approach to security — developing customized strategies that align with each client’s unique objectives.

Success in this position depends on your ability to balance strategic relationship management with consultative selling, while taking a proactive approach to uncovering and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all client‑related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions that best meet their security needs.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts, promoting a range of security solutions including security guards, CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and remote monitoring services.
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the presentation of tailored security solutions and value propositions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
    • Develop and execute account plans that outline key objectives, sales targets, and growth strategies.
    • Continuously assess client needs and market trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
    • Drive revenue by upselling and cross‑selling additional security services and products.
    • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, account health, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
    • Track and report key metrics such as sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting.
    • Maintain contacts and opportunities in company‑provided CRM.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in security solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about emerging security technologies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security solutions industry or a related field (e.g., technology, facility management). Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Experience with selling physical security solutions, such as CCTV systems, access control, alarms, or related services, is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong understanding of security technologies, solutions, and services.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with C‑suite executives and decision‑makers.
    • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Security industry certifications or knowledge (e.g., ASIS, SIA, etc.) are a plus.
