A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Industrial Engineer. Position Type: Full-Time Contract. Duration: 6 months with possible extension. Location: Portland, OR onsite.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will:

• Focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, reviewing the facilities footprint for improvements, and utilizing root cause analysis and process improvements to improve flow of products and people throughout the site.
• Engage with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations; be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.
• Learn all aspects of the Aerospace Manufacturing world including supply chain logistics and transportation, and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies for delivery to assembly and installation programs around the world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $50-$60 per hour. Benefits include medical & pharmacy coverage, dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA/FSA, life insurance, disability coverage, paid leaves, and other eligibility-based benefits.
