Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Physically able to work in sometimes awkward situations with manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and performance of the crew.
• Train crew members periodically.
• Perform light maintenance and production duties.
