Are you ready to lead innovation in Analytical and Sample Preparation on a global scale? We’re seeking a driven Global Product Manager to drive strategic growth, champion customer‑centric solutions, and steer a high‑impact portfolio.

Role Overview:

As Global Product Manager (GPM) for Analytical and Sample Preparation you will be responsible for planning and executing the product portfolio strategy that drives growth. You will leverage your expertise in Analytical Sample Preparation Science and its applications to guide portfolio direction while working cross‑functionally with marketing, R&D, sales, finance, and operations. Under the guidance of the EVP Strategy you will ensure both financial targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and Product Strategy
  • Develop and communicate a clear global product strategy and roadmap that balances innovation, market‑share expansion, and profitability.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and industry trends to shape long‑term growth opportunities.
  • Build business cases that support portfolio investment decisions and innovative priorities.
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new products and enhancements.
  • Oversee product care issues, OEM initiatives, and lifecycle management to sustain quality and profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance proactively, delivering sales growth.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Partner with global marketing, regional marketing, R&D, operations, and finance to ensure alignment from concept to commercialization.
  • Act as a cross‑functional leader who drives accountability and results across the organization.
Product Proposals and Innovation
  • Generate and present new product proposals and business cases for approval.
  • Lead innovation efforts by turning customer and market insights into differentiated offerings.
Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analyses to strengthen decision‑making.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to gain first‑hand market insight and translate feedback into actionable requirements that directly influence product design and priority.
Skills and Experience
  • PhD/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Significant experience within the Analytical Sample Preparations Market, with exposure to customers, applications, and underlying science/technology.
  • Proven track record in product management/marketing, including product planning, portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and successful product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, accountability, and fast, value‑based decision‑making with risk management.
