About the position
You will be working in a highly skilled IT service desk team supporting all our users within the Oriola group but with most focus on the Enköping site.
You will become part of a great team, your daily tasks will never be the same. It can vary from regular end-user support with Office365 applications to being a part of a project to design and set up a new bar-scanner solution for our forklifts. Case management is primarily through our case management system. You will be providing support primarily to our warehouses in Enköping but also to SvDos in Uppsala and the Stockholm Office, which means you will be able to solve many tickets onsite both in an office environment and in the warehouse. Cases that we receive vary a lot and the tasks include everything from simpler to more complex cases - which means a really varied, stimulating, and exciting role. You will help employees in everyday life with troubleshooting, IT administration, and orders. Our platform is based on Windows 10 and Office 365. The work is to some extent independent and at a varying pace. Since you will be part of a team that will provide onsite support to our sites in Enköping, Uppsala, and Stockholm, a driver’s license is a must. Since the production is operating outside of normal office hours, you will be on a rotating on-call schedule.
Personal and experience Requirements
You are a communicative and social person who always strives to provide the best possible service. In addition to that, you obviously enjoy solving IT-related problems and saving the day for our users. You've worked in an IT support role before and therefore have 3-4 years of experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, and PowerShell, as well as having basic expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and Networking. You have a good ability to communicate in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English and are familiar with ITIL and its processes.
