About the position

Who are YOUR day-to-day stakeholders? Industry leaders in the Drug Manufacturing world, Pharmacies, Internal Business units - Commercial, Supply Chain, Advisory, etc.

Our Data is monetized. Communication is key. You will be a customer-facing ML-Ops engineer who is responsible for not only designing, building, and maintaining but also directly engaging with our external customers and internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide solutions, and offer technical support. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to ensure that clients' data requirements are met effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.

Technical Skills

• Technical leadership on architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience and worked as a Senior Engineer for 5-7 years at least.
• We are currently on a Microsoft tech stack partnered with Databricks. However, if you have proficiency in other cloud platforms, it's a positive.
• Analytical Dashboards: Power BI / Qlik skills.
• ETL Skills: Currently on Informatica; however, future tech will be DataSphere to extract data from SAP.
• Data Fabric.
• Works with our partners in implementing E2E Data Governance, Machine learning, and Analytics Integrations.
• Lead the engineers in following the DevOps & Automation frameworks.
• It's a bonus if you have either been part of engineering teams supporting the implementation of Gen AI solutions.
