The demand for and complexity of risk management is growing as the regulatory landscape continues to evolve. In the role as the Business Risk Manager within AWM, you will be working closely with your stakeholders from AWM and other Business Areas as well as stakeholders from GFCP, 2nd and 3rd line. The position is located in Sweden or Finland.

What you will be doing

  1. Driving dedicated risk topics and providing a holistic risk review to support the senior management of Digital Wealth, AWM COO and Savings Growth and its employees in their daily risk management.
  2. Identifying, managing, controlling and reporting on non-financial risks to ensure adequate and proactive risk management.

  6. Taking the lead on coordinating and aligning with stakeholders across the 1 & 2 and 3LoD on topics of relevance.
  7. Delivering top-notch material and concrete output towards tight deadlines.
  8. Advising, training and supporting both the business and senior management and employees – in non-financial risk matters to increase risk awareness, safeguard business against unexpected losses and to protect Nordea´s reputation.
  9. Acting as a natural partner and trusted advisor on risk management.
  10. Supporting business in enhancing the risk and compliance culture.
  11. Representing and driving topics in different forums.

You will report to the head of AWM Business Risk Management in AWM COO.
