At Colas Poland, we are committed to shaping the future of road and infrastructure development.
As the VIE BIM Modeler / Coordinator, you will create and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, ensuring data accuracy and integration across disciplines at the tender stage.

What will you do?

As part of the Tendering department, you will work closely with operational teams to undertake the following tasks:

• Create BIM models for tender projects based on technical documentation, including Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and design models.
• Extract vector elements from models for use in jobsite execution.
• Quantify and verify project quantities to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in technical coordination meetings with the tender team to support the tender process.
• Update models following coordination meetings to reflect any changes.
• Facilitate the transfer of completed models to the operational team.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
• Specialized courses in BIM for Infrastructure can be an advantage
• Knowledge of Autodesk environment for linear construction – Civil 3D, Navisworks
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling and visualization techniques
• Familiarity with construction processes
• Skill in detecting clashes between roads, utilities, bridges, and other infrastructure elements in the model
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team
• Attention to detail and adaptability to meet project requirements
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus
