Description: Our Customer is a Global Leader in Industrial Software that specializes in delivering solutions and expertise to optimize engineering, operations, and performance. We are searching for self-driven, results-oriented, and seasoned Software Development professionals with 3-8 years of hands-on Software Development/Testing experience to join their team. You will be working on the Customer's new program, where multiple engineering products are integrated to create a new product targeted for a particular market. The ideal candidate should develop software and find bugs while working in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, a passion for coding, designing, and developing test automation scripts while showing a continuous improvement mindset is required to excel.

Qualifications:

Must have skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Experience in C#, Selenium
3. Hands-on experience in Developing and Testing Microsoft Windows-based software systems
4. Expertise in Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration
5. Experience building or enhancing test automation framework
6. Familiarity with test automation techniques
7. Familiarity with Agile development practices
8. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Computer Science a plus
9. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
10. Excellent judgment and analytical skills
11. Ability to form strong relationships with a diverse group of people and customer focus
12. Quality and teamwork-oriented
13. Experience working in the Industrial Automation Domain will be a plus
