What You Will Be Doing:
The Talent Acquisition Client Account Lead will act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated client account. In this role, you will partner closely with the Poland Country Talent Acquisition Lead, who will handle the hiring of open positions, while you maintain overall accountability for ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of recruitment solutions. You will have a dotted-line reporting relationship with TTEC Operations team to ensure alignment with their business goals and operational needs.
This role requires a strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage relationships and deliver strategic insights to enhance the client's talent acquisition outcomes.
