Manufacturing Leader

Location: Warsaw, MZ, PL

Solaris Laser is part of Markem-Imaje, a trusted world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, offering a full line of reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, print and apply label systems. Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Leader to join our team and oversee the marking technology operations. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

What you will do:

1. Lead and manage the marking technology manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
3. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
4. Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality production output.
5. Optimize manufacturing processes and resolve any issues.
6. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
7. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
8. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support overall manufacturing goals.

What you need to have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with marking technology.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level).
