In a professional and international team of test engineers you contribute with your excellent engineering and verification skills to the success of Sonova’s state-of-the-art hearing device solutions. In close collaboration with SW engineers and experts of various domains you advance our pool of verification test cases to the next level giving access to our latest hearing device innovations and technology.
By mastering state of the art tools and agile processes you confidently operate in a fast evolving and interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute test cases and report results, including analysis
  • Defect handling and investigating, reporting issues, and conducting retests
  • Support feature development with investigation and explorative testing
  • Analyze specifications, design, document and review test cases
  • Maintain existing test base
  • Develop concepts for new solutions required for the manual system verification of hearing devices and their interaction with mobile devices, apps and other accessories
  • Collaborate closely with test managers, other test engineers, developers and application experts of various disciplines in an agile development environment

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree or technical school in computer sciences (related technical disciplines are also welcome)
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in manual testing, preferably in a regulated industry, ISTQB certificate is a strong plus
  • Curious about hardware, mobile devices and wireless communication
  • Passion for high quality and precise documentation
  • Flexible, creative, positive thinking and team-player, ability to work effectively across geographical, cultural and language borders
