Job description

Your future company: For our Client, an international company, we are looking for the Candidate for the position of Maintenance Automation Engineer.

Requirements

1. Technical higher education supported by experience in maintaining automated processes
2. 3+ years’ experience in maintenance area (high precision assembly in automated assembly environments will be an advantage)
3. Experience of PLC controllers programming and in using National Instruments and sequencing software advantageous
4. Knowledge of TPM tools
5. Experience of programming high precision electro-mechanical control systems
6. Experience in service and maintaining of machines and equipment being part of automated processes
7. Ability to define maintenance instructions (preventive and predictive)
8. Ability to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams
9. Ability to define problem, root cause and effective corrective action implementation
10. Proven ability to improve assembly processes
11. Ability to define KPI measuring maintenance processes (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF)
12. Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance
13. Good spoken and written English (min. B2)
14. Nice to have: Experience with vision system programming (Cognex, Omron, Balluf, Sick)

Responsibilities

1. Definition of maintenance plan
2. Assurance that maintenance plan is followed
3. Elimination of breakdowns root causes
4. Analysing of breakdowns and update of maintenance plan if applicable
5. Minimizing breakdown time by quick elimination of stoppages root-cause
6. Assurance that Machine Directive is properly implemented
7. Supporting NPI team in implementation of new processes and in improving of existing processes
8. Development of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost
9. Hands-on technical support of automated and manual assembly equipment and processes
10. Active participation in the team responsible for new equipment specification
11. Managing of spare parts warehouse
