Your Tasks:

• Organizing and leading team meetings focused on hardware-related organizational matters, sharing knowledge, and brainstorming improvement ideas
• Performing as a member of the Global Drives Community (defining trends, developing roadmaps, and introducing tools/processes)
• Acting as the team's representative in interactions with other company departments
• Developing and coordinating an international application team (<10x HW Eng., inverters up to 11kW power, Home Appliance, HVAC/R industries)
• Building strong working relationships with staff to ensure the team is motivated, developed, and well-supported
• Utilizing your technological expertise to assist the Sales department with project and product quotations
• Making decisions on technical challenges in both customer and internal projects

What We Expect:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Power Supply, Motor Control, EMC, CE Certification, and Functional Safety
• Well-developed management, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Academic background with a preferred degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Oriented on customer needs and driven by finding effective solutions
• Openness to domestic and international travel
• Excellent communication skills, very good written and spoken English
• Skilled in coordinating multiple tasks and establishing team priorities
• Strong understanding of product development processes including stage gate and agile methodologies
