HR Service Administrator (with German)

Purpose of the job is to provide first level support for employees regarding HR related inquiries and basic transactional processing.

  • First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries
  • Answering internal inquiries
  • Responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
  • Escalating issues to second level support or triaging inquiries to the appropriate queue
  • Inputting basic employee data into the HRIS System database and/or documenting activities as requested
  • Generate basic reports and performance measurements
  • Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifying their accuracy
  • Support in various coordinative tasks for HR
  • Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Your profile:

  • First experience in a similar HR area in an international environment
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
