Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Bar Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate, preferably from Eastern or South Eastern European countries, will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's bar operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's bar, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
• Train and develop bar staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor the quality of drinks and service, ensuring that guests receive the best experience possible.
• Work with the F&B Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of all bar supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
