We are seeking a talented and experienced C# .Net / Delphi Product Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on C# .Net and Delphi2007, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# .Net and Delphi2007.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
  2. 5+ years of experience in software development.
  3. Proficiency in C# .Net and Delphi2007.
  4. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git or/and TFS).
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
  3. DevOps (e.g. build pipelines)
