Gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts. Under direct supervision, assists with the implementation of contracts administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks. Administers activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products. Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities.
Under supervision, assist in identifying, soliciting and selecting reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty and construction services to support project execution. Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives. Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its clients.
Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.
Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 6+ years relevant experience.
