Key Responsibilities:
As Principal, you will be the educational and operational leader of the school, driving academic excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Educational Leadership: Set strategic direction, develop impactful educational goals, and lead curriculum innovation to meet students' needs.
2. Instructional Leadership: Promote effective teaching practices, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure measurable improvements in student outcomes.
3. Staff Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive work culture focused on staff wellbeing.
4. Pastoral Care: Ensure a safe, supportive learning environment for all students and drive student development and wellbeing.

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a Principal with a proven track record of educational leadership and management. The successful candidate will have:

1. A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent.
2. 10+ years in senior leadership roles, with a history of delivering positive outcomes.
3. Experience in Cambridge Curriculum schools or similar international education systems.
4. Strong understanding of operating in a for-profit school environment.
5. Experience in managing multicultural teams and students where English may be a second language.
6. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
7. Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding and wellbeing.
