Responsibilities include:

  1. Review product specifications and delivery schedules to determine warehouse and equipment/material storage requirements.
  2. Document overall material needs, including codes, brands, and contact information necessary for order processing.
  3. Adjust inventory amounts for existing stock and orders of conventional sizes.
  4. Analyze and develop logistics plans to enhance product workflow affecting production, distribution, and inventory.
  5. Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs.
  6. Ensure rational distribution and delivery according to analysis reports and tracking records.
  7. Lead project teams and may supervise work of self and others.
  8. Engage in cross-functional collaboration.
  9. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports, collaborating with stakeholders and management.
