Human Resources Manager / Director of HR - OMANI NATIONAL ONLY

Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Organization - Grand Hyatt Muscat
The Human Resources Manager / Director of HR is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel, Public Relations, Employee Accommodation, Dining and Transportation functions in the Human Resources Division.

Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Excellent knowledge of Human Resources databases and Human Resources Management Systems. Omani National. Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-growing changes in the industry. Strong interpersonal skills. A background in Learning & Development would be an added bonus.
