Our Glenfield Mitre 10 MEGA store is looking for aDrive-Thru Manager to join agreat management team and take the GlenfieldDrive-Thru timber yard to the next level.

We believe our people are ourgreatest asset, hence we are looking for a natural leader with excellentproduct and building industry knowledge, who is able to inspire the team to achieveoutstanding results.

You will be reporting to the Store OperationsManager. This role will see you havingdaily communication with the Drive-Thru Supervisor, Logistics Despatch Officer and the TradeOperations Manager.

We are a 7-day operation, so the successfulcandidate will be required to work a 5 day, 45 hours per week roster, including weekend work.

This will see you takingaccountability for:

• supporting all DIY, trade andcommercial customers
• the daily running and consistent linking of the Drive-Thru, Warehouse andDespatch teams
• leading the safety culture across these teams
• overseeing all stock control processes,including stock rotation, accuracy and replenishment
• driving improvements in GP$ throughsmarter selling, margin control and product knowledge
• maintaining high yard and warehousestandards,including efficient warehouse storage and layout for optimal safety and productivity
• ensuring all equipment and vehicles aremaintained, safe and compliant
• ensuring despatch accuracy and on-timedelivery performance for all customers
