Job Description
- Strategic Planning & Readiness
- Develop and maintain the hook‑up execution strategy, including philosophy, method statements and detailed plans.
- Ensure all offshore work is minimized through onshore readiness and prefabrication.
- Prepare hook‑up registers, material take‑off lists, and logistics plans.
- Execution Management
- Lead offshore hook‑up and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Coordinate with Completion Manager for seamless integration.
- Resource & Logistics Coordination
- Plan human resources and rotation schedules.
- Ensure all tools, equipment and materials are staged at Verdal yard and ready for offshore mobilisation.
- Implement Company’s zero‑incident philosophy and barrier management principles.
- Maintain emergency preparedness and compliance with HSSE standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with engineering, commissioning and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Report progress, risks and mitigation measures to Project Management Team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in offshore hook‑up within oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of constructability, logistics and SIMOPS planning.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in high‑activity phases.
- Familiarity with Company BMS, HSSE standards and alliance project execution models is preferable.
