Warehouse Lead

For our client, active in the construction/installation of offshore windparks, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Lead (secondment to staff) to support their projects.

The job:
-Report to the Logistics and Warehousing Lead, overseeing all warehouse operations.
-Control the receiving, storage, and efficient distribution of goods for projects.
-Ensure thorough documentation throughout the supply chain process and coordinate with various stakeholders including projects, suppliers, agents, and transport companies.
-Optimize warehouse space utilization and equipment storage while maintaining digital records and upholding compliance with HSE guidelines.
-Supervise the waste stream according to company guidelines and collaborate with the technical superintendent for equipment maintenance.
-Support on recruitment.
-Take the lead in employee coaching, and task assignment.

Requested:
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Offshore, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
-3–5 years of relevant experience in the marine/offshore sector.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations for the offshore industry.
-Good knowledge of MS-Office is beneficial.
-Experience in engineering and design using CAD software.
-Capable of effective communication, organized in workflow management, and attentive to finer points.
-Good knowledge of the English language is a valuable asset.
-Agile, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach.
