As our Loyalty and CRM Specialist and part of our Digital Enablement team, you will drive loyalty member acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will proactively seek out innovative ways to optimise consumer journeys and maximise customer lifetime value across various touchpoints along the consumer journey.

How you’ll help us.

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement Sr. Specialist, as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Develop and oversee the strategy, roadmap, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) requirements for the loyalty programme across various channels.
  • Execute end-to-end planning and implementation of loyalty campaigns, both in retail and online, with support from the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to launch integrated campaigns across channels for lead generation and retention.
  • Drive engagement across the unified ASICS ecosystem, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Events, and the Runkeeper App.
  • In collaboration with the Analytics team, develop and execute strategies for data enrichment and consumer experiences to promote growth in the Loyalty Programme.
  • Test new loyalty benefits and rewards, evaluating and reporting on impact on key loyalty KPIs.

More about you.

  • Qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Approximately three years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong background in CRM, Loyalty, email marketing, and consumer journeys.
